We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.

Physical products will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal or courier services.

5. Digital products and sheet music

Digital sheet music is intended for the personal use of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing digital sheet music does not transfer copyright or ownership of the music or arrangement. Digital files may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared or otherwise made available to third parties, except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
