Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ron Adelaar Music.

Physical products
You may return physical products, such as vinyl records, within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable solution.

Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital sheet music
Digital sheet music is supplied as a digital download. Due to the nature of digital content, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery or downloading of the digital content has begun, where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, as applicable under consumer law.

If you experience a technical problem with your download or receive an incorrect file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
